Returns:

  1. Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our timber and wood materials. In the rare event that the buyer identifies any quality issues or defects upon receipt of the goods,
    we will work diligently to address the concerns and facilitate resolution.
  2. Notification of Issues: Any concerns regarding the quality or condition of the goods must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt.
    Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to provide assistance or accept returns.
  3. Return Procedure: If a return is deemed necessary due to quality issues or other valid reasons, the buyer must obtain authorization from us before returning the goods.
    Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for authorized returns due to quality issues or defects will be borne by us.
    However, if the return is requested for reasons unrelated to quality or as a result of the buyer's change of mind, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Refunds or Replacements: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will assess the situation and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
    Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, and replacements will be provided subject to availability.
